The reception area is available to all visitors during any time of the day. The staff can give you information about anything you may need. Furthermore, the area is also a sitting area for your departure while waiting for your transfer to the airport.

The cafe is located close to the entrance of the hotel and can offer you refreshing drinks and tasty snacks, all kinds of liquor as well as some very impressive and exotic cocktails.
Restaurant:
The restaurant and cafeteria are open most of the day staring from the morning with breakfasts up to meals at lunch and traditional cuisine for dinner.
Pool Bar:
The pool bar is located in an area where other facilities are available such as a billiards table, arcade computer games, and a TV room offering 900 satellite channels all day.
Cretan/Greek Nights:
Once a week our hotel holds a Traditional Cretan Evening with a live group playing traditional Cretan songs and professional dancers offering their best in Cretan dancing. The songs and dancing are accompanied by a “very” traditional meal and wine. Something you shouldn’t miss during your stay.
Recreation Area:
There is a fully furnished recreation area within the hotel which offers you television and various table activities such as billiards.

Swimming Pools:
Castle Suites hotel has a total of 3 large adult pools and 2 smaller ones for children.
Pool No.1 can be found in the “Castle Suites” area and it offers our visitors 130 sq. meters of water pleasure as well as a 16 sq. meter children’s pool.
Pool No.2 can be found in the “Castle Suites Village” area and it offers our visitors 300 sq. meters of pool space as well as a hydro-massage for additional pleasure.
Pool No.3 can be found in the “Castle Suites VIPs” area and it offers our visitors 200 sq. meters of water pleasure, a hydro-massage and a 25 sq. meter children’s pool.
Exterior Areas - Gardens:
